Jessica is a part of our customer service team and brings 16 years of experience in the customer service industry, working over the phones as well as in person. She enjoys a good challenge and learning new things. When the weather is allowing, you can find her on a paddle board out in the middle of some body of water. Otherwise, Jessica and her family like to spend as much time at the beach as possible. Last but not least, her favorite go to food is sushi.
